1-Star Review of Royal Flush Plumbing Co
I am really disappointed with Royal Flush. The person who answers the phones is a lovely human. But not so much with everyone else. You can see how they “fixed” my shower head with tape. The missed filling in the hole in the bathroom so I called and spoke to who I later learned was the owner. He told me he would get me on the schedule. He never got me on the schedule. I called and left a voicemail. No call back. I called and left another voicemail. no return call. I called and got a hold of the gal who works the front desk and she was great and got someone scheduled. But as you can see there is still a hole behind my toilet and there is drywall mud all over the floorboard. I wouldn’t recommend royal flush to anyone. I spent all of the money I had in savings to get my plumbing to work correctly and now I just have to call another plumber to fix some of the work they did. It’s not to say that the other work that they did isn’t good, but this left a really sour taste in my mouth and made me feel like they didn’t care about me or the work.
