Jason is the man! We just bought our first home with the guidance and help with Jason and his team. They truly went above and beyond. My family and I cannot express enough love for this guy and his team. He was always just a phone call or text away with any questions and or concerns we had during the process.
I have had the honor of working with Jason and his team when I sold my house back in 2022. They were helpful and informative every step of the way. I enjoyed working with them so much we went back to them in the summer of 2023 when my son was looking to purchase his first home. Now we are currently in the process of purchasing property with Jason + team on a second home and land. I could not be more pleased with the efficiency, professionalism, dedication, and patiences Jason and his team have shown us during our search for the perfect place. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.
Jason worked on getting us the house we needed and could afford for a family of 5. He tirelessly showed us 10 homes in 20 days. He submitted offers same day, even an hour later and we got an email copy of the offer. He facilitated with selling agents to answer our questions. He will use his knowledge to help you find the right home, but remains flexible and neutral and never tries to steer or pressure. Jason is the best agent I've ever worked with. Great communication, personal skills, responsive, patient, a dynamic person. Highest recomendation and a big thanks.
We had the BEST experience with Jason and his team! During a very busy season of our lives, he and his team made the process of buying our dream property and selling our current home absolutely flawless. They kept us informed every step of the way, helped position us with a competitive offer, worked strategically with our lender, and set up inspections, appraisal, and contractors for project bids. We got our other home on the property within one week of a consultation with Jason and a few days later, were under contract. We could not recommend the Giles Real Estate Group enough!
