I took my truck in to have the evaporator replaced, they had to remove the whole dash and went ahead and replaced the heater core and evaporator. They did a great job a very good price. They also took the time to look at a few more things that I asked them too. Great customer service and great work, with warranty. I would highly suggest this shop and I will be using them for guy tire work needed.
This was my first time using them, I want to acknowledge how quickly they got me in and was able to look at my car. At first they told me it was the shocks and I let them know I had just gotten those replaced so that couldn’t be it and he didn’t hesitate to look again for me to diagnose the problem, which is something I really appreciated. It’s truly hard to find someone that is honest and goes above and beyond to serve his customers. I want to specifically make a shout out to Dee the front desk associate. She was very helpful and full of a wonderful personality, and helps that place thrive! She kept her word and responded when she said she would. She also went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. When they realized it wasn’t something that they weren’t willing to work on they decided not to even charge the diagnostic fee. I 100% recommend them, you can be sure you’ll be leaving with honest work and honest answers!!!
I was just passing through and a couple states before my AC was acting up. Was recommended to see Rick and his team. I immediately felt taken care of as they did a diagnostic read of my AC. They checked and presented what they believe could be the issue and while on the road showed me how to kickstart my AC so I don’t die in this TX heat. I’m thankful for the reassurance and customer service I received.
I called Rick’s after my truck started to over heat. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and gave me a quote after the guys did a quick look over. The next day she called me to let me know that it would be cheaper than she quoted me. This is my second time using Rick’s and if I need any future work I will return with no hesitation.
I took my car to one place it was misdiagnosed and the price was 2200..I took my car to Rick’s for a second opinion. They were able to find out the problem with my a/c. Fixed it and saved me 1800 dollars. The service was great, they kept me updated on what was going on with my car. Fixed it the same day!! The front desk lady was so sweet and professional. Pricing was very reasonable! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! They actually care about their customers without trying to over charge. If I ever have any issues with my a/c I will be back! THANK YOU AGAIN!!
