I Would Use Rich Duncan Again for Any New Construction or Remodel Projects
During the 2007-08 year we contracted with Rich Duncan Construction Co. to build our new Woodburn, OR facility. The project had become mired with the red tape requirements of both the city of Woodburn and Marion County for the past several years. With the help of Mr. Nate Cooke, senior project manager of Rich Duncan Construction, we were able to fast tract the final requirements and start construction. The project was complete both on time and on budget.
I would use Rich Duncan Construction again for any new construction or remodel project we have in the future. Mr.Nate Cooke was instrumental in managing the project from start to finish and continues to call on a regular basis to check to see if everything is still to our satisfaction. I highly recommend the firm to anyone who is contemplating a construction project in the future.
