Dear Partners:<br /> <br /> I would like to acknowledge the outstanding service we received during our Lebanon McDonald?s rebuild project with Steve Eggleston at the helm.<br /> <br /> Because of Steve?s attitude, aptitude and experience, our restaurant opened on schedule and is now functioning as one of the top restaurant openings in the Northwest Region. During the project Steve displayed impressive levels of knowledge, professionalism, resourcefulness and problem solving skills. Steve even became our ambassador as hundreds of future customers stopped by to inquire about the new McDonald?s.<br /> <br /> <br /> I was especially thankful that after the grand-opening, Steve stayed onsite to make sure everything functioned perfectly, even if the issue was not the responsibility of Duncan Construction.     Amazing

    Jc is amazing doing our remodel at McDonald’s and is very kind and helpful. We could not open our store do to technology issues on our end and he went out of his way and helped us troubleshoot got our store opened he is awesome.

    Residential Project

    Wonderful oversight of a residential project that included roofing, concrete, and construction. They were willing to help work with HOA architectural committees and completed a quality project in the end. Thanks!

    Manufacturing Expansion

    Working with the Duncan Construction team was nothing short of exceptional. They were professional, and very responsive to every concern we had along the way. When unplanned items arose, as happens with any project, they were always fair and worked with us to find solutions that were equitable to all parties involved. I look forward to our next project requiring their services.

    Clubhouse Entrance Door Project

    Once again Rich Duncan Construction did a fantastic job on time and in budget for our most recent project replacing our entrance doors and hardware. From start to finish their team was professional and on point. Our Club was open to business during the project and they worked around our members and guests allowing for no interruption in our day to day operations. Although this project was much smaller in regards to size, scope, and cost than our Fitness Facility remodel they did for us they treated it with the same importance. I highly recommend Chad and the Rich Duncan team.
