I Feel That Rich Duncan Construction Did an Outstanding Job
Rich Duncan Construction was selected to complete a rebuild, and I wanted to share my thoughts on the job that they did. I feel that RDC did an outstanding job in all aspects of the job, especially with the selection of Scott Jackson for the project. Scott is a professional in every sense of the word. He put in the extra time and effort to make sure the project was completed in a timely and quality manner. His communication was outstanding, and was always available for questions, day or night. Scott listened to our concerns, and made sure he took each of them seriously and respectfully no matter what his personal thoughts might be. He was also flexible and ready to make any "last minute" changes that may have come up.
I have personally dealt with other contractors on various jobs in my career, and none have come close to the professionalism of Scott and the entire Rich Duncan Construction team. They made the experience a positive one, and helped me continue to develop in my professional career. I would personally recommend using Rich Duncan Construction to McDonalds, and any other operator who asks for my opinion.
