Matt came over to bid us on a single window replacement. He was right on time. Matt evaluated the issue with the leaking window and gave us a quote and turn around time for the job . Matt was friendly, engaging and nice as can be all while being very professional
We just had new windows and a sliding glass door installed to replace our 70 + year-old windows and 30 + year-old door, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The quality of the windows and sliding door is outstanding, and the install team from Renewal by Andersen was top-notch. They were quick, professional, respectful of our home, and clearly knew what they were doing. Thanks for sending the A Team, Will, Jose and Thomas! We can already tell a difference in comfort, and I’m excited to see what our utility savings will look like with the new energy-efficient windows and door. Highly recommend!
Will Riggins and his crew were prompt, polite and got the job done quickly but carefully. Everything was measured and verified before cutting, finalizing the fit, or installing one nail. They replaced 5 large windows and 2 doors. The care they took in making sure the pre-hung doors were level in our older home was incredible. They even asked what height I wanted the door peepholes, and they're perfect. We just need to putty in the nail holes and paint the trim inside and out, as it's already primered. One last thing. Our old threshold used to hang over the entrance and I tripped over it several times, even having a very bad fall while carrying a box. Will built out the support for the threshold so that there's no way to trip on it anymore. I'm so pleased.
Jesus, Brandon Carlos, and Braulio were a great team who communicated throughout the complete process. Our project results were beautiful and flawless. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Diego their sales representative. He was attentive throughout by making sure that we were completely satisfied and happy with the results. All in all, I would like to say that Renewal By Andersen‘s send us the best team. I couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you so much. We will highly recommend Renewal By Andersen’s to family and friends.
