I have been using the sauna and red light therapy at Radient Wellness for a couple of weeks. It is a nice time for me to relax and is the self care I need at this time. I appreciate that my daughter gifted this time for me.

I would be lost without this place! Instead I'm more active & feel so much better. As a bonus....I have started to grow hair back where I haven't had any in years. When you buy a package from them this is VERY AFFORDABLE!! I love it!
Izabella is so sweet! I had no idea what i was going into andit was Magical! I am in am lot of pain everywhere, to the point standing is an exercise. That 20 minutes actually helped! The next day I wasn't perfect, but i was able to operate normally. I highly recommend!
