I serviced my wife’s Lexus RX 350 at Quality. I needed an expedited service to fix my power steering hose. They did quick work of it and gave it to me in 2.5 hours! I love the quality of work and their professionalism. I recommend this place to anyone in the Waco area looking for a good auto car repair or service.
The owner was so nice and goes far and beyond and the repairs on my truck was fast and he even gave me suggestion on how to be better maintain my truck. The repair I got was to fix my cracked radiator. I’m definitely going back for future services
They were all courteous, friendly and professional. They were told by Toyota the battery for my Prius would be in on the 6th. It arrived early and they promptly called me to bring the car out. I picked up the car on the 2nd all done and everything is great. I will 100% recommend them for car repairs!!!
Trust all the 5 star reviews! Driving from GA my check engine light came on. Being a visitor I didn’t have anyone to lean on recommending a place by word of mouth on where to go, so I went to Google and found this place with a 5.0 rating! Absolutely accurate! My experience was informative, budget friendly, and they were so fast getting the dealer manufacturer part in and installed on my little baby diesel truck. Everyone there was friendly and caring. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and I was able to work on grad school assignments while I waited. If I didn’t live 12 hours away, this would be my go to automotive shop! I highly recommend!
