Eric was truly a pleasure to work with, as well as Juanita. They both helped us every step of the way in buying our home, and Eric did a great job catching lots of small details we would have missed. He also helped advocate for us with some repairs, and honestly just seemed like a very caring and knowledgeable realtor. I would absolutely work with Eric, Juanita and the Premier team again in the future!
Thanks to T.j. Garber we finally found our family home! We are so incredibly happy with the service we recieved from T.J, we viewed there home the day after it was listed and offer in just as quick thanks to our Realtor being so on top of things. T.j. was an AMAZING all the way around! He was always professional, kind, got us into houses within days of them being listed, put SO much time and effort into our family and was amazing with our two rambunctious girls who we had with us most viewings. The actually would get excited to look at houses just because they got to see him At the drop of a dime he would be there for us whether it was to show us one house in a day or four houses in a day, weekends, evenings ect and always quick responses with our million questions! Never had a problem with me being overly picky (which I was) and took exactly what were wanted top heart when sending us houses we may want to look at.
