We had a bad ice storm in Oregon and thousands of people had lost power for upto a couple weeks. We had a tree fall on our power line which took the wire out and damaged our panel. We went without power over the weekend trying to figure out what to do. After calling 3 or 4 electric company's, Positive Electric was the only one that would even listen to my problems and came out next day to inspect the damage. Their guys were working the next morning bright and early and had my power back on in 2 days. Kyle the owner was informative and honest. His guys were great and would answer any questions i had. When i got the bill, which was getting up there but was not a shock and is what i expected. They didn't try to price gouge me during a busy time. Would highly recommend and will use again.
