I knew I needed a plumber to address the issues which came up in our home inspection and I was looking out my window and saw a white van with Austin and Petersen Plumbing on it going down my street. I went inside and called them and they came the next day to repair everything. Very professional and diligent. They talk you through everything and they were friendly and knowledgeable. Would call again.
Just went through an emergency, and THANK GOD for Petersen Plumbing! I called at least 7 other plumbers with no one being available. Petersen was able to come and besides good work, the moral support provided by Ricky was extremely needed and appreciated. I had used them before and was happy, but this solidifies me as a forever customer. Thanks again!
We worked with Curt in parts prior to scheduling plumbing work. With his extensive knowledge of products, we were able to make decisions and choices that were practical and that would enhance our space, while focusing on functionality. The experienced plumbers, Jesse and Justin, provided outstanding service. We definitely appreciated the care and courtesy that they extended as they spent several hours covering multiple plumbing tasks, mostly to upgrades from initial building contractor installed fixtures in our home. I can confidently recommend them without reservation for any plumbing needs that you may have.
These folks are great. Really professional, and courteous. Had a leak in main water line, they were excellent. I would call again for any plumbing issues.
I cannot recommend Petersen Plumbing highly enough! They have become my go-to team for all my properties. Initially, they stepped in to save the day by fixing a botched bathroom remodel at a couple of my rentals, and their expertise was a total lifesaver. Most recently, they helped me launch my newest listing, the Zen Tiny Haus. They handled the installation of a garbage disposal and a beautiful outdoor shower. Because we share a water source with the tiny house, they also installed a tankless water heater so we never have to worry about guests running out of hot water. As a host who manages several listings and handles direct bookings, I need contractors who are efficient and get it right the first time to ensure a five-star guest experience. Matt is always a pleasure to work with—he arrives with a friendly demeanor and a positive attitude, and I am always confident that he will get the job done properly. If you want a plumber who is skilled, professional, and reliable, look no further!
