The self service dog wash area is great! Easy to use tubs with adequate water pressure, plenty of wash products, towels, dryers, brushes, and ear covers for protection. Tina was very welcoming and accommodating when I came in to bathe my elderly shepherd, who needs frequent breaks and lots of extra rinsing. We will definitely be back! Thank you Tina!

They were very helpful and informative. Hope this get some good ideas on how to help make the nail grooming easier on our dog since well he is larger and doesn't like having his nails messed with. I appreciate the great service from Tina

I took my trio of husky siblings for a groom playdate together here for the first time. They loved the play area, causing a ruckus and climbing all over the place. Staff was chasing some tails with my guys for sure, but everyone had a blast. I was able to individually groom them one at a time in their salon right next to the play area. With the window I had a good view of my trio prancing around while I washed their extremely dirty paws. They kindly let me bring my own supplies but I didn't really need to use much of them since they had everything I use tool wise, down to a high velocity dryer! And a really good one too. Only used my shampoo and conditioner just because the dogs are so use to it. The bath tubs were easy for me to load my dogs in and out of, I was able to borrow a slip lead for convenience, and I was able to use the small stairs to have my dog get themselves in and out if I needed it. And all this for how long I was there was quite affordable. I was there for a good portion of the afternoon into the evening letting everyone play while I was bathing my extremely dirty dogs! Very awesome place to book a groom and play. Husky approved, and we will certainly return for another appointment.
