We called over the weekend and got a visit same day, and fixed first thing in the morning. I appreciate the team’s promptness and how fast they work. Best pricing out of all the quotes we got in the area! Definitely recommend them for all plumbing needs!
We called Perfect Service to repair a leaky kitchen sink and Mike did great work in short order. Later that night I called him panicked after finding the ceiling in my basement leaking from my bathtub overflow. He came the very next day to help despite being short staffed that day. He and his crew were kind, honest, thorough, clean, and took the time to explain what was happening. He helped us find someone to demo the water-saturated drywall too! In this 100 year old house I'm certain to call him again, and I'll be as delighted and grateful for his help then as I am now! 10/10 recommend!
Mike was absolutely wonderful. He came out immediately when my elderly neighbor’s water heater burst and flooded the basement. He diagnosed the problem, and connected me with a service on-the-spot to dry and repair the basement before the water caused extensive damage. He even offered to replace my neighbor’s water heater free of charge if she was unable to pay. Mike and his company are great people doing great work for our community!
Mike and the entire team here are phenomenal! As a local realtor it is beyond important to me to recommend only the highest quality contractors to my clients and Mike has absolutely exceeded that. When I called him with a main water leak emergency at my NE Portland listing he was there quickly to resolve all issues. He has time after time shown up for me and my clients with the upmost professionalism and gets the job done correctly, also prices better than any plumber I’ve met and I’ve met a lot… if you are looking for fair pricing, reliability and a great plumbing team you’re in great hands here!
A truly magical company. After almost getting completely robbed by a corporate plumbing service, Mike was honest, thorough, and kind. We were having a floor drain back-up, and he scoped, hydrojetted, and placed our lower level toilet back. Kept us in the loop of what was going on, fixed our issue quickly, and helped us get back to comfortably using our bathroom and laundry room. We cannot recommend him and his company highly enough. 100% the person you should reach out to!
