We've had routine pest prevention with Johnny Thompson for many years. He is a very friendly serviceman and takes any extra steps needed to keep our home bug free. We support and help stimulate local businesses like Peeler Environmental - they are much better and more personable than the national companies. Whenever we call in to set-up a service call or renew our contract, Raina is always cordial and friendly over the phone. She always remembers us every time. Mark is our technician assigned to do the work at our home and he is always thorough and professional. He is very informative and provides feedback after the work has been completed. He is knowledgeable about his profession and provides additional information about the other services Peeler has to offer. Denver arrived early after calling and asking our permission. He thoroughly assessed the situation and after suiting up proceeded to dispatch our resident hornets. Denver was very personable and informative and his service was exactly what we requested. He was very careful as he removed the siding necessary to access the nest and left it in replaceable condition. Thanks Denver for a job well done. We will call on you again and recommend you to our friends.

We have lived in Salisbury since 2008 and we have been using Peeler Environmental for our yearly termite inspections and pest control. Mark Trexler has been the one to come out to our home every year, and he has been so exceptional at what he does. He's very knowledgeable, kind, courteous and always very thoughtful when coming in the house and removing his shoes, even when I tell him not too. If I have a strange bug in a plastic ziplock baggie, he's more than happy to answer my questions. After he's done with his inspections and bug eliminating, Mark will always recommend if I need another treatment in 30 days, or not. He has never tried to force any type of contracts or plans on me, he's honest and professional, and that's what I love about this company, AND Mark! Not only is the customer service terrific, but the product that they use is great as well. I'm always nervous about it raining after an application, and that has happened before, but their product stands strong. I usually see ants, spiders and beetles, but after Mark comes out in May, I'm good until spring the next year. I highly recommend Peeler Environmental, you will NOT be disappointed, but your bugs might be!

This is my second review, the first being over a year ago. Denver was the tech again this time, and once again every aspect of the service was top notch. I was really pleased to see him at my door, since we have moved, and I didn't know who would be assigned. Over the past year or so Denver and I have gotten to know one another, and so I have confidence in his work and what he tells me is going on: I trust him. That sums it up I suppose: I trust these guys. They're educated and trained thoroughly in what they do, and your personal situation matters to them; at least it does to Denver. Got to admit, though, when I saw him at my door, having moved as we have, the thought crossed my mind that the company is actually so small that maybe he's the only guy who works for it. Honestly, when it comes to pest control, I believe Peeler has got your back. They know everything about what we call... bugs.

We had an animal get in our Crawl space. Tony came out and quickly determined our problem and location of the animal. He was extremely fast, professional and went above and beyond to help relieve our fears. We would NOT USE ANYONE ELSE EVER!!!!! Tony, you are the best at what you do. Tim was very informative concerning his and the company's ability to identify the pest invading my home, and took a pest to take back to the company to test to see exactly what type of pest it is. He said he would let me know when they found out any information.

We Subscribe to Quarterly Service , and Vance is our Service Guy . He is Professional and Always does a Super Job ! We are in & out a town so our house inside gets missed occasionally, but Lance made an extra trip out today to make sure our house & garage inside got sprayed ! No charge ! Thank You Vance !
