I had the pleasure of meeting Vance for the first time, in past years Mark had provided the annual termite check. Vance was very courteous, polite and explained his service and findings clearly and with confidence. I continue to be impressed with the courteous staff you have and appreciate the high standards you maintain for your employees.

Office staff is always kind and helpful. I had put a note on my calendar about my upcoming appointment, but was pleasantly surprised to receive a reminder call the day before my service appointment. Additionally, my technician made a courtesy call to me when he was en route. I had made a few special requests, since I was away at the time of my appointment, which were followed through 100%. I am very pleased with the integrity and professionalism in which Peeler Environmental does business.

Great customer service. Call to schedule annual appointment. Called back for a reminder of appointment. Tech called when he was on the way. GREAT!!! Tech was very professional. Went the extra mile. I would strongly recommend them. All other companies, businesses, etc. could take lessons from them.

The whole staff is friendly. I am a new home owner and constantly worry. Anyone i speak to, is always so kind. The man who came out to re check for termites gave me helpful tips and recommended me to call if i get worried and to take pictures of any questionable problems i might come accross. Thank you Peeler Environmental for being there for us! I will always renew services with guys.
