I subscribe to the quarterly service and Tim has consistently explained what services Peeler offers. He communicates in a way that does not belittle our lack of knowledge of the pest control profession. He takes his time and does a thorough job explaining what we need to do as home owners to help prevent pests. As long as Tim is the service representative that handles our account, Peeler Environmental will have our business!

We have been customers for 10 years, and Mark has been our usual service man for most of that time. He seems knowledgeable and efficient, but the best thing is that he will answer questions and explain what he has done and what to watch out for. He is also a really nice guy who is pleasant to have around. A+ person who does an A+ job.
Ant Control
Tim was extremely professional and explained the procedure to combat the nasty ants invading our property. he answered all my questions. I was pleasantly surprised when he addressed other pest issues( spiders). We now have a preventive game plan to help keep the ants away by removing some landscape timbers. Thanks Tim

Exceptionally Run Company w/ Good Customer Service
Annual Structure Inspection Liq Renewal: This is the second year I have renewed my termite bond with Peeler Environmental. To begin with, their service was highly recommended by a home inspector very well respected in the area. From the time I contacted Peeler Environmental and was registered by their superb office staff, I had total control of my contract, invoicing, services, etc. not unlike other top companies, but fairly rare in this industry. Peeler Environmental left a phone mail message notifying me of my tentative appointment with the flexibility on my part to change it. Additionally, another call was made the day before the scheduled appointment to re-verify appointment. On the day of the appointment, the Service Professional sent an email confirming his time of arrival. At the exact time of the scheduled inspection, the Service Professional - MARK TREXLER - arrived. Mr. Trexler was professional, pleasant and very proficient in performing the annual inspection. He discussed findings after the inspection in depth and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of what was found suggesting potential causes/remedies. Mr. Trexler was a good listener, friendly, knew the area very well and the most common problems/concerns home owners face in my area. In summary, Mr. Trexler and Peeler Environmental exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their services to any responsible home owner!

Awesome Staff
I had an inspection due for a refinance so I called and spoke with Suzan. She set it up for me, then I called and had to cancel because of an emergency. The date was left "floating" until I could do it and, after another schedule and cancel, we were able to connect and get someone one out at last minute. Suzan was great at making sure I had someone out when I needed them, even on short notice and multiple cancellations. I will be a customer for as long as I own a home.
