I was a new patient and everyone was pleasant from first hello to last good bye. I can’t remember when I had such thorough exam. Every procedure was explained and any questions answered. A great experience.
Calm, peaceful teeth cleaning today with Melanie, hygienist at Pearlie Whites. We talked about my concerns with a past experience. She listened and assured me she would talk with me throughout to be sure all was going ok. And, then she actually followed through. Now, teeth cleaning is never fun, but as Melanie worked, she began quietly telling me about her experiences across Oregon, describing mountain streams, pictographs, differences in different mountains —all in a soothing quiet voice. It was like listening to a meditation tape. I highly recommend Melanie. I am more than satisfied with her work and her kindness.
I always enjoy my visits at Pearly Whites Eugene. I feel like I've learned so much from them than any other dentist I've used in the past. Matt is such a fun hygienist with years of experience and a great story teller so your exam goes by so fast. Jossi (dentist) is kind and knowledgeable and the front staff Carolyn and Nikki are top notch. My husband and I even go together and they call it our "dental date". Sounds cliche, but it does feel like family there.
Best Dental care ever! You cannot get better. Nicest people who care about their patients. Even if I lived across the country I would fly to Eugene just to get what I believe is the best dental care in the 4 states I have lived in. a HUGE THANK YOU
I love my technician. She works quickly and carefully and is so friendly. Josie was respectful of my wishes for continued care, and didn't push me about procedures she recommends, but I am choosing not to implement. Thank you!
