5-Star Review of Patio Cover People

I wanted to build a pavilion over my backyard patio to provide a year round outdoor living space and provide a cover over my soon to be built outdoor kitchen. I came across the Patio Cover People at a Home Show, liked their product from what I could see, and set up an appointment for them to come out and hear my ideas and see if it was something they could build. Jason came out, listened to all my thoughts and came up with some great ideas himself, and we worked through what I thought was a great plan. Afterwards, he provided a quote very quickly which I thought was very reasonable, and here we are today, I couldn’t be happier. Deciding to use the Patio Cover People was the best choice I could have made for this project, and also the best contractor I have ever hired. Honestly, the whole team was so professional, courteous, kind and caring. They took great care of my property, did a fantastic job building this cover, and offered to help me move furniture when they were finished. They exceeded my expectations, and my expectations were set pretty high. My wife and I enjoy this sitting outside under the cover daily, we love it!!! I wouldn’t think twice about using this company, they are top notch and we couldn’t be happier with this patio cover. We had a wonderful experience with Patio Cover People. From start to finish, they were nothing less than professional. Ryan was terrific, helping us with our initial design and brainstorming around some structural challenges. When the crew arrived to install our cover, they were efficient, polite and did a fabulous job. We absolutely couldn't be happier!

Well that was easy! We are redoing an outdoor living space and we’re replacing a rusted aluminum patio cover with something translucent that would allow more light in. We also wanted to list the space so it felt less oppressive by making the cover more cathedral-like.!worked with Jason and Silas, who communicated seamlessly with our contractor doing the deck. We also had some troublesome water management issues, and the Patio Cover People worked with our sub in that as well. So far so good! Very happy. The deck and new balcony come next!

We shopped around for a while. Checked with Different contractors for a plexiglass patio cover. Patio Cover People were the most responsive. Ryan came over to show samples, provide other written information, including a written estimate on paper before he left. He helped with the design and helped us understand the design, fabrication and installation process. His product knowledge along with his professional demeanor impressed us. Silas And his clear eyed crew communicated well and were punctual. Everybody had a great attitude and they put drop cloths down everywhere. Cleaned every little speck you can't even tell they were there . Silas has great attention to detail skills . He's a great leader and has good hustle. Refreshing to see people with a pep in their step. The material quality and affordability sold us. The quick, clean, professional installation pleased us. I highly recommend!
