Mason came over quickly, was knowledgeable and efficient, pleasant and helpful with advice. He did a great job. I thought the cost for a quick roto rooter was a.bit steep but appreciated the new customer discount he gave me and the quality of his work, so would definitely consider calling Pacific in the future!
Hunter did an excellent job of repairing my toilet. In addition, he took the time to give me estimates on replacing the toilets in the future, as well as explaining the Service Finance available to do so. I fully intend to replace them in the not too distant future as mine are almost 25 years old. Thank you for your prompt and reliable service.
Anthony, Alec & Trevor did a great job. They combined their talent, experience, modern technology and teamwork to solve an issue that was one of their hardest in 3 years. They arrived within a couple of hours after my phone call and began solving the problems. Great attitude was refreshing to see. I definitely will use PPR again.
We hired Pacific Plumbing & Rooter to replace a tankless hot water heater. Their price was fair and their service and professionalism was exemplary. They were on-time, they communicated well, and they walked us through the entire process. In particular, Santiago, their lead technician, did a great job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, all the way from quoting the system through the final walk-through. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
We had such a hard job. The guys were so professional and careful. I am very grateful that PPR managed to save my old house and its crumbling sewer pipe. Shout out to Dustin, Tanner, and Manuel. The whole crew did a great job. I highly recommend this company.
