P&E were incredibly helpful when we had issues with a coil leaking. Our warranty was somehow registered in LA, so Lennox didn’t want to honor it, but the team at P&E- Nate specifically- went above and beyond to figure it out and fix it for us. Nate was punctual, extremely communicative, and efficient. He was trustworthy and respectful and so nice!
These guys are to notch. Great communication from start to finish. Superb quality and a very fair price. Thanks Wendell for taking such great care of us.
P&E Mechanical Contractors in Waco did an outstanding job for us. Our home was built in a time when it was common to vent bathroom fans, the dryer, and the vent-a-hood into the attic, and they corrected all of it by properly ducting everything to the exterior. Even more importantly, they found and repaired multiple separated HVAC ducts in the attic—several had come loose over time, including one completely disconnected at the main air box. In total, I believe there were about five problem areas, all of which they addressed thoroughly. We also added a request to install a recessed dryer vent connection, and they handled it flawlessly. What really impressed me was their ability to replace an old dryer vent that had been nailed into the wall framing—without removing any cabinetry in the laundry room. That kind of skill and care is hard to find. Some of the work required navigating very tight attic spaces, and they handled it without issue. They were also flexible enough to split the job into two visits to coordinate with another company installing blown-in insulation, which we really appreciated. From the start, scheduling was quick and easy. Dominic, the Assistant Service Manager, was professional, friendly, and great to work with. On top of all that, their pricing was the most competitive of anyone we contacted. Great people, great work—highly recommend P&E Mechanical Contractors.
I had an amazing experience with P&E Mechanical Contractors LLC, and I’m so grateful for Wendell’s quick response and expertise. I woke up to find my home at 82 degrees, and my AC had completely stopped working. I called P&E first thing in the morning, and Wendell was at my door in less than two hours. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and had my AC up and running again in no time. His professionalism, friendliness, and fast service truly saved the day. It’s rare to find a company that responds this quickly and cares this much. I highly recommend P&E Mechanical Contractors LLC—especially Wendell—for anyone needing honest, reliable, and efficient HVAC service!
Our business Lu and Home here in Waco hired P&E Mechanical to install HVAC systems in our retail furniture store. I can’t express how incredible their service has been. I typically am a customer who chooses a service solely on the price. I am so glad I chose to hire who I consider the best here in Waco, P&E Mechanical. The level of service and care I received from Dominic was invaluable. Ronnie, the project manager was knowledgeable, willing to help in any way he can, and has even popped by on the spot several times over the last year helping with little things that were covered under warranty. I’ll go ahead and also add, the price they quoted me was VERY competitive as well so it truly did feel like a huge win for us. I wouldn’t hire anyone else! Go with P&E! Thank you guys!
