Very Disappointed

In May of 2014 I purchased electronic gates from this company for $10,000.00. They were hardly ever used. About 6 months ago we had a family get together and the young grand children were playing the yard. We thought, why not close the gates for safety. The didn’t work! After trying to troubleshoot it and having an electrician check it out briefly. I finally found the paper work and called them. The service manager returned my call and I asked how long the warranty was for the gates. He asked how long we had them and then said, the warranty is about a year. He said it would be 150.00 an hour to troubleshoot it and an additional 150.00 hourly trip charge (they are coming from Salem to Beaverton). They were much more accommodating when I was purchasing them. He recommended I find someone else closer. He was unprofessional and I strongly do not recommend this company!
