Losing our mom was incredibly difficult, and my brother and I found ourselves overwhelmed trying to manage her home—especially with its condition, along with the ongoing taxes and mortgage. After about a year of living there, we realized it was time to move forward and find a healthier situation where we weren’t constantly reminded of our loss. We initially reached out to Matt at ORMACK Investments after receiving a mailer. From the very first conversation, he was patient, understanding, and took the time to walk us through the entire process. We ended up putting things on hold for a few months while we explored other companies to make sure we were making the right decision. After speaking with others, it became very clear that Matt and the entire team at ORMACK Investments were the right choice. Not only were they professional and transparent, but they genuinely cared about our situation. Matt made the entire process smooth and stress-free, going above and beyond to support us through what was a very emotional decision. We are incredibly grateful for his compassion and guidance, and we would highly recommend ORMACK Investments to anyone in a similar situation.
As a fellow realtor, I’ve known Matt for years and he is one of the best! Very knowledgeable and as honest as they come! Also, coming from a contractor family, I can say his work as a builder/developer is carefully detailed and impeccable. I don’t hesitate to fully recommend him!
I have bought and sold houses previously, so i know the headache involved sometimes. Working with Matt was a great, simple, house selling experience. I definitely recommend.
