Agent didn’t even want to enter the waiting room to call for us; stood by their (Optic49) door and yelled up the hall for the client name. Already knew we have fame coverage and REALLY wanted us to buy frames, though there is nothing wrong with the current frames; thought nothing of telling us we had to surrender our current frames and lenses to ge the new lenses cut and placed, even thought the time to do so would be 2+ weeks!! What a money grubbing sham!!!! THIS is PRECISELY why insurance is through the roof!!!! This place contributes highly to the exorbitant cost of insurance and uncovered services. Find another business for your money and appreciation - Optic ‘49 doesn’t want or need you unless you want to be complicit in ripping off your insurance,,,
