The check in staff was kind, the lack of communication when in the building is appalling. We checked in 15 mins early and it’s half an hour past our appointment time and we are still waiting in the lobby. People that arrived after us have already gone back and people arriving now are being taken back before us.
It’s hard to put into words how wonderful McKenzie is! This young lady goes beyond her job to take care of her clients, McKenzie is warm, caring, and a joy to be around, in my case she track me down to tell me some information about a discount, she knew I was saddened that I couldn’t get what I wanted, but she had got information that discount had changes and she wanted to let me know, so I could make the decision to get the product or not, of which I did choose to do. McKenzie didn’t have to go beyond her duties to do that. McKenzie truly one of the most special lady I have ever had the pleasure of help me. Please always ask for her, she might not be at the location you go to, but she works at all 3 Optic ‘49, just ask at the front and they will gladly help you, because all the personnel and Doctors are wonderful!
