5-Star Review of Opt Real Estate, Jennifer Fidler

Jennifer Fidler is an absolute pleasure to work with! She’s professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly passionate about real estate. Her communication is excellent, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and providing a great experience. Jennifer brings a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism to everything she does. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dependable real estate professional!

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but Jennifer and Opt Real Estate did such an amazing job that I felt compelled to share my experience as a home seller. If, like me, you aren’t incredibly savvy, she’s able to help with all the areas I would have struggled with. She has a FREE staging expert who does a walkthrough with you and helps you figure out exactly what you need to do to get your home looking as desirable as possible. My house also needed several repairs, and she had multiple incredibly affordable handymen ready to go (and happy to work on the small little things many contractors don’t want to bother with). She also has a photographer who knows just how to make the best parts of the house stand out. She had great communication, always getting back to me right away, and had a great selling strategy, clearly knowing the local market well. It’s obvious why she has such an immaculate review score on here. Do yourself a favor and hire her to make the process easy and profitable.

Jennifer Fidler was absolutely incredible throughout our entire home buying experience. She was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always made us feel like we were her top priority. She went above and beyond at every step, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and exciting. Jennifer genuinely cared about finding the right home for our family not just closing a deal. Her attention to detail, communication, and dedication were second to none. We are so grateful to have had her in our corner and could not recommend her more highly. If you are looking for a real estate agent who is professional, trustworthy, hardworking, and truly cares about her clients, Jennifer is the one! 11/10

Working with Jennifer was such a great experience. She made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable. She’s incredibly responsive, patient, and really takes the time to understand what you need. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and isn’t just trying to close a deal — she wants the best outcome for you. That kind of trust is everything. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation!
