Everyone made this process seamless and kind. I appreciate how much they helped with my insurance. They communicated with me regularly. They made sure I knew of all adjustments in a timely manner. The office crew was supportive and kind. Thank you to everyone who made this repair/replacement possible.
Josh and crew (Jerry Lewis) get an A+++! The professional friendly staff and workmanship is top notch! Never did I imagine I’d get a roof replace with zero flaw!! Clean up was unreal. From beginning to end: inspection to clean up: very impressed! If anyone looking for an exceptional roof installation call Old Timers Roofing! Thanks to all!! Insurance replacement Farm Bureau
From first contact with the sales rep to final settlement we were treated with courtesy and compotence and kept informed about the status of the job. It took a while but in the wake of a widespread hail storm, that was expected. OTR intervention with the insurance company was crucial to our getting full coverage of our storm damage. The first response from my insurer was about one-third of the final settlement. Couldn't have done it without Old Timers!
We were first very impressed with Old Timers Roofing when they replaced our damaged roof. We then used Old Timers as a contractor to do a major construction project in our house. They replaced a stained glass window that was structurally damaged, extended our roof line and enclosed the opening. We could not be happier with the quality of their work and meeting the timeline as promised. I will not hesitate to use Old Timers again and would highly recommend them for anyone in the area.
Old timers definitely know what they are doing! I had my roof replaced on a house I sold in Charlotte last year and the house I bought in Greensboro also needed a new one. The difference in quality between what old timers did to my house in Greensboro and the other company that did my charlotte roof is night and day! Super friendly staff, great rates for the build quality and overall treatment felt like I was a member of a family rather than a customer. Josh also was able to fly his drone over the house and text me photos of the progress in real time, it was super awesome. They also replaced my gutters and did a wonderful job adding screens on them to prevent having to clean them out each season. They also do fascia repair and stone mason work, which is again, extremely great quality. Cannot recommend them enough!
