OKC Auto Works

Bryan in the service department was excellent. My truck had a cranking issue that was not immediately solvable. They worked with me over a few days to eliminate possibilities and recreate the issue. After coming up with a strong hypothesis they made a recommendation but had no sales pressure. After I moved forward with the fix they quoted me a price and two days later got me checked out hassle free for the quoted price.

I’m posting this for my Father Mr. Gardner. He wanted to share with others this is a Fantastic business. Excellent repairs made to their car. Matched the Pearl paint to perfection & Allowed them to store their car until settlement with insurance! Best customer service. Great people to work with. Highly recommend!

Professional and very very thorough with the work that needed to be done. I was kept informed about the progress and, letting me know they were on schedule. Very pleased with All aspects of the work. Staff is so friendly and helpful with any questions I had. When I picked up my truck it was cleaner then when I dropped it off.. EVEN THE INSIDE! I will HIGHLY recommend this company and if ever needed will use them again!!
