Oasis came right out promptly and diagnosed the problem with my heat pump system. Unfortunately, the needed part was not in stock locally; had to be ordered and took four days to arrive. Once the part arrived, they came right back out and completed the repairs within a very reasonable time. Technician Jesus did a great job. Highly recommend.
Every interaction with Oasis has been a pleasure, I have gotten to work with both Jesus and Cruz and they were both very polite, respectful of the property and the family. They discussed the issues along the way, were efficient and helped develop a plan to make the air conditioner more efficient. Highly recommend this company and their staff!
Samuel from Oasis came out and serviced my A/C today. He was professional and did the job quickly. If he is an accurate representation of the rest of the company I'll have no problem calling Oasis again next time I need work done.
Jesus Dominguez was great and very professional. We did need to reschedule a few times but once we got it all set up, everything ran very smoothly. Went from dirty to clean!
