5-Star Review of NorthBridge Realty

Quinton assisted me in selling four different properties in liquidation of my father's estate. He was very proficient in establishing property values, marketing strategies, evaluating offers, and getting the properties sold efficiently and at very good market values. I was located remotely during most of the property listing and sales. Quintion accommodated this by facilitating remote documentation approvals and support for property inspections and oversight when needed. It was a pleasure working with Quinton and I recommend him without hesitation for your home/property sales, or purchases.

Quinton was very helpful in our home buying experience. He answered all our questions with understanding that only experience can bring. He made sure to walk us through the entire process at our pace and was in no way putting pressure on us that this is what we need to do. He was clearly looking out for what was best for our family and what we needed regardless of what it would do to his pay as a realtor. We would highly recommend him to any of our friends or family that is looking to buy or sell real estate.

Quinton made our experience as first-time homebuyers low-stress. He not only advised us on how to ensure we selected the best home, but advocated for us when we encountered challenges during the closing phase. Quinton is friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. We feel confident in suggesting him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Quinton helped my wife and I buy our first house. He is a genuine, ethical, and knowledgeable person. We really appreciated how generous he was with his time. He was always available when we needed his input or reassurance about the home buying process. I would absolutely recommend him if you're looking for a realtor.
