5-Star Review of Nopson Real Estate, LLC - West Linn - Roberta Nopson Principal Broker -

Relocating from across the country can be difficult and the stressful. Roberta and her group made it easy. We were moving from Kentucky to Portland and had a dream list of things we were looking for in location, type of house, and price range. We knew our list did not fit many properties and could take a while. Roberta listened and was ready to work with us no matter how long it would take. Her great knowledge of the area and price ranges helped us narrow down the perfect areas. After exhausting the supply existing homes on the market, she kept watch for new ones. After a couple months the perfect home came on the market. Roberta had us ready with great understanding of values and locations. Purchasing a home with Roberta was a pleasure. Her professionalism and knowledge of the real-estate market made finding and buying our dream home a pleasure.

Roberta Nopson is the best. I say that without reservation. I have bought and sold many homes over my life. Roberta handled the last three transactions. They went well because of her special ability to counsel, engage people using a positive attitude, convey honesty, hustle without being obnoxious, solve problems, big and small, that inevitably occur in deals, know the market, and how to price a home for seller, how much to offer for buyer, and continue negotiations to a favorable result. She also acts well as a concierge with a great network of reliable connections to quickly and economically make repairs, handle electronics, stage the house, arrange for movers and many other services that can be so helpful to a stressed, busy buyer or seller. Retain her and you will fully understand why I and many others wouldn`t consider using anyone else.

I have had the pleasure of working with Roberta Nopson for 8 years, and have purchased 4 homes and sold 4 homes with her help. She is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. My houses have always sold in record time, due to her marketing and how she presents the “story” of a home. She compels sales with her personality and presentation, and she closes purchases with hard work and attention to the buyer. I already have her in mind to list my current home when it is time. If you are in the upper tier of home price in the millions or just starting out, Roberta would be my first and only choice.

As first time home buyers, buying a house was certainly a daunting task. However, Roberta and Stephen Nopson made our home buying experience so easy! Roberta is so knowledgeable of Portland and the surrounding areas, and she really listened to what we had to say. Not only did she find us the perfect home, but she focused on finding us an area that was safe, nearby great schools, and had a comfortable neighborhood. Roberta and her husband Steve really did great work in finding us a house that had great resale potential. They really did whatever it took to meet our sometimes demanding requests, they even helped to move up our closing date! Roberta was available at all hours of the day to answer our questions and take our requests to view homes. There were multiple times that Steve Nopson came out on a moments notice to show us a house. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I never would have imagined such a smooth and pleasurable home buying experience. Whether you are buying or selling, I highly recommend the Nopson Team. Thank you so much Roberta and Steve Nopson, we are so happy in our new home!
