Our family has used Bob for decades, he responds immediately on emergencies, is always on time and has been really wonderful to work with. We appreciate the time and care he has provided to our family. It's been a pleasure to do business with you Bob, thank you!
Bob expertly handled three different plumbing repairs in my home including replacing a disposal. He was very diligent about locating the parts needed. Quick and efficient, too.
Bob is responsive , informative, a good communicator and has always helped me with all of the plumbing work at my home. He is the first person I call when I need a skilled plumber.
Excellent knowledge, workmanship and service. Very knowledgeable about code and inspection requirements. I would highly recommend Nichols Plumbing to family, friends and anyone looking for a plumber.
Bob arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and walked me through the repair options without any pressure. The pricing was fair, he does high-quality work and the area was spotless when he left. Also, if he can’t do the work, he offers up other options. I will be definitely calling him again. Highly recommend!
