We contacted Nice they came out. The electrician called back with a plan and said someone would contact us. No one called and we made a call and the person answering said she would talk to the guys and get back. We left 2 messages with no responses. We decided they did not want our business and called someone else. Nice responded and said good for us that we took care of it. No apology nor did we understand their response.
Nice Electric lives up their name, everyone is so nice from the office to the on site teams. We are contractors remodeling our own personal home in McMinnville. Nice Electric's workmanship was top notch! We are verry satisfied and will use them again!
I was in need of a second estimate at my older home for some electrical work. Merv came and did a thorough evaluation and let me know that no actual work was needed at this time. Installed new LED light panels in kitchen to replace old florescent tubes; also added dimmer switches. Install was a challenge, but Mike was a true professional! Excellent work. Will definitely hire in future!
