Eric has provided bookkeeping services for our church for some time, and he's been a pleasure to work with--timely, reliable, responsible. He's easy to work with and has provided us with good communication and timely reports.
Eric is great to work with, and really pays attention to details.
The thing I appreciate the most about Eric is his responsiveness and willingness to learn things we need him to take on. I can always count on him to respond in a timely manner and work hard on getting reports in when needed. He is also extremely kind and compassionate, even if/when employees don't get receipts in on time. He sees the best in people. Great communicator and helps out in a pinch. He's always joyful and never frustrated or irritated. Easy to work with.
I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Eric from New Century Bookkeeping, and I can confidently say that their service is top-notch. From day one, they’ve brought incredible value to our team keeping our books clean, organized, and up to date without ever missing a beat. Working directly with them has made all the difference. They’re not just accurate and efficient—they’re proactive, detail-oriented, and always one step ahead when it comes to anticipating our needs. Whether it’s reconciling accounts, or preparing for year-end, they’ve handled everything with professionalism and care. It’s rare to find someone who not only does a great job but genuinely cares about the success of your business. That’s exactly what you get with New Century Bookkeeping. I’m grateful for the partnership they have with Valor and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and skilled bookkeeping support.
I have found working with Eric at New Century Bookkeeping to be a very positive experience. He is very detail oriented and created several customers reports that are exactly what our board of trustees needed. Eric has expedited several rush situations with ease. I find him a pleasure to work with.
