Working with Nancy was great! She really listened to our family and made sure to find the right home for us. Going far beyond what we expected from a realtor. Highly suggest Nancy if you are looking for a realtor who really listens and cares.
Nancy is such a giver. She looks out for her clients best interest. She is knowledgeable and caring. One of the industries best to work with!
Aa a referral real estate agent, I recently referred a client to Nancy Kruze for what we knew would be a challenging transaction. It quickly became even more complex than anticipated, involving city investigations, permits, a tenant who needed to vacate the property, and several other obstacles along the way. Nancy stayed committed, handled each challenge with professionalism, and got the job done. Many agents may have walked away from this one, but Nancy remained dedicated from start to finish. I will continue to refer clients to her with complete confidence, knowing she will take excellent care of them before, during, and after the transaction.
Nancy was great to work with. She is very responsive and always on top of things. It didn't matter when in the day it was, where she was, or what outside things she had scheduled, she would always reply and give us the information we needed.
We’ve used Nancy Kruse to buy and sell three homes. Many of our family and friends also have had Nancy help with their home needs. Nancy"s warm, family-first personality creates a comforting experience that fits perfectly with real estate. Nancy brings deep community knowledge and a huge network of resources that make buying or selling smooth and stress-free. She doesn’t just help clients find a house — she helps them find a home where memories are made. Highly recommend!
