I had my wood stove and chimney cleaned and serviced by Adam. He did an amazing job. My stove looks brand new. I've had my wood stove cleaned by Murphy's Fireplace and Stove for the past five years. The technicians are always professional, knowledgeable and thoroughly clean up any mess. I highly recommend this company.
I hired Murphy’s Fireplace & Stone Inc to remove my old wood burning stove, hearth and brick wall. They rebuilt the hearth, stonewall and installed a new wood stove. My experience with Murphy’s was excellent from start to finish. The crew was professional, punctual and the attention to detail was outstanding. A special shoutout to Nathan, the masonry artist, his attention to detail and craftsmanship was beyond what I imagined. The stonewall is a focal point in the room and most likely raised my home value. We are so pleased with his work. I would highly recommend Murphy’s to anyone looking for anything fireplace related!!
Had an old chimney replaced and was a great experience from the estimate to the installation. Had an old chimney that was used for an oil furnace that we removed when we purchased the house. We thought having a wood stove there would be nice. Paul did the most thorough evaluation for the estimate and found many things unsafe about the original set up. Far and above the other companies we had asked for an estimate. Andrew did the installation and did a great job despite having to manage multiple issues. He basically had to remove all the old stuff and rebuild from scratch to make it safe. He powered on in spite of the heat and got it all done in one day. Thanks so much.
We just replaced our fireplace with one of the City Center linear fireplaces. They designed and installed a "cool wall" that allows us to mount a TV above it amd view it without the usual neck strain. Nathan did an amazing job building the fireplace wall.
Hats off to Murphy's Fireplace and Stove! Their employee, Nathan, did a fantastic job repairing and sealing our chimney. He also installed their own custom made, stainless steel chimney cap. Nathan really knows what he is doing, and enjoys his work. He takes pride in what he does. We now have the best looking chimney in the neighborhood. Thank you!
