Outstanding Service

I went to Mud Bay in West Salem today for the first time. I recently got a new cat. She has digestive issues-IBS. I was walking around looking for food that might help her, when I was approached by an employee named Maddie. Talk about rock star customer service. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She showed me options that might help with my cats condition, and offered me samples to try at home first. I will continue to buy all my cats food from Mud Bay from now on. I walked in feeling like I had no idea what I'm doing, and walked out feeling confident that I had everything I needed and happy that I learned some helpful information, all because of Maddie.
