The owner, Justin, kindly welcomed me upon my arrival and advised of the approximate service time. Then he called me when my new window was installed and thanked me for using MS Glass when I paid.
The new window works great and they also vacummed up the door panel so it's safe and clean.
I highly recommend MS Glass in Salem!!
