Ryan from Mr. Rooter did a great job! He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. Excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend Ryan and Mr. Rooter for anyone needing reliable plumbing work!
Darrin Troxell repaired two water pipe breaks that foundation repair people accidentally broke under my garage floor slab, and he came out on an emergency basis. He did good work, professionally with courtesy and sincere interest, and readily answered all my questions and concerns. Definitely want to utilize his knowledge and skills for my home plumbing needs.
Kelvin showed his Outstanding Professional and Perseverance skills. Even with all the hiccups maintained a wonderful demeanor.
EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! Jon did such a wonderful job this last week. He was helpful, communicative, respectful, very precise while also working at a fast pace as to ensure my money was not wasted on lack of care and work ethic. He went above and beyond to walk me through all of the results, and helped me through the claim process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! THANK YOU, JON!!!!
Just had Mr. Rooter come out to check out our drainage. We had slow drainage and couldn’t figure it out. Jon came out and saved us. He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. Our drain now has great drainage and we are super grateful.
