You came out to my home three times to fix one thing. You charged me $700 twice and didn't fix what you were hired to do. You came out the third time and after four hours of screwing around, you fixed the problem. You were called out the third time because you were unable to fix the problem the first time. Oh, then you charged me another $1,900 for the third time. Pathetic. I can't believe you get any five stars unless it's for changing a light bulb.
