Taylor Kelley came out the same day we had our issue. He worked several hours fixed all the problems and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this company and this plumber in particular. Thanks again for the amazing work.
Charles Ellison from Mr. Rooter was a Godsend. He was prompt courteous and a very nice man. He listened attentively to the issues, checked sewer and all the drains. He fixed our sink drain and didn’t charge us anything. I will be recommending Mr. Rooter to everyone I know.
Richard was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly assessed the situation and had my drain pipe cleared in no time. I haven’t had to pay a plumber in many years so the price was a bit of a shock but worth it to have functioning toilets! Overall, I am happy with the service, especially the quick response time.
Nathan at Mr. Rooter in Eugene was professional, punctual, and easy to work with. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair process clearly, and completed the work efficiently. Very friendly attitude!
