1-Star Review of Mr. Handyman of Lake Oswego and Tigard
We had originally reached out to this company to do a kitchen floor install and counter replacement--both of which they told me were services they provided before we ever even had them come to the house for an estimate. Turns out they can't do the type of counters we wanted, okay, fine. Let's still work together for the flooring. We went out and bought $500 worth of material, had been in contact for two weeks about the materials, scheduled a day for them to start BUT one business day before they were supposed to start the work they told me they can't do this job because it's angled tile. Apparently something else they don't do What do they actually do? And why can't they communicate that? Their customer service manager Shirley is completely uncommunicative. Again, we had been in touch for at least two weeks about getting the materials, etc. There was ample time to tell us this. Not once did they ever say that was something they couldn't do. Now we have hundreds of dollars worth of material sitting in our garage. Unprofessional on every level. Do not hire these people.
