Guessed the issue from a verbal description. Performed maintenance to prevent from happening again. Technician was very pleasant and professional. This review started a five stars. The next day my AC system wasn't functional again. I called for a rollback service. The office said it was a different component that must be the problem based on my description. The technician originally saw my outdoor unit and checked the registers inside the house. He never checked the other half of the AC system in the furnace. Now they want another service fee to roll out again. I'm pretty disappointed on their customer service. Management contacted me immediately after the review to remedy my experience. Although my system needs replacement, at least I know. Thank you for making it right.

First, I want to say I’ve not used Mike’s Heating services…yet. The focus of this post is customer service. Last week, two employees were working at a home on Grape Street in Sweet Home. This house is 2 house away. I could hear someone outside, so I went out. These two employees should be commended. The women who own this home were, to put it mildly, verbally abusing these workers. They screamed and yelled profanities, slamming doors and in my opinion, threatening these men as they were within striking range. This went on for over 15 minutes. The employee’s continued to conduct themselves professionally, in spite of their being screamed at, mistreated and having doors slammed in their faces; continuing to tell them that they are trying to help them. Again, these women were highly inappropriate and these employees never faltered in their plan to help them. The hold up, if any was due to the behavior of these homeowners. When I need services, I’m calling Mike’s…and I’m certainly not going to behave like these two women did. Good job! May you never have to encounter these two again.
