5-Star Review of Midas

I'm a long time customer and I really appreciate how the employees do such a great job with my vehicle. I made a 11:30 appointment and decided to go early and it was no problem at all I was able to get in immediately and I was out in less than 45 minutes

I called Midas in Waco from out of state to help my son (who lives there for school) find a place to take his car that needed to be towed in. ERIC was so nice and helpful on the phone and to my son as well. They were honest and didn't push any extra maintenance. I'm thankful he has a great place to call for anything he may need next time!

Fast, I scheduled an appointment for the following day for an oil change and tire rotation. My schedule happened to open up 15 minutes after I made my appointment. I called and they got me in 20 minutes later. Price was great. Guys were polite and personable. Very happy with my experience at the Waco Dr. location.

Midas did great! Gave excellent service, was educated about the vehicles and provided the upmost of care to the vehicle . While waiting, they even took me to the doctor and picked me up. I can’t say enough about this place besides don’t go anywhere else. Way to go Midas. You have a longterm customer now!
