Having recently met Michelle, I saw her bakery had a two for one sale on cupcakes, and when I saw Red Velvet Cupcakes were an option I hopped in the car and immediately took off for my 36 mile (round trip) journey. When I arrived, I grabbed my cupcake… Keep Readings then had a nice little chat with Lindsay (sp?) before leaving. Somewhere in our conversation I discovered they also offer Carrot Cake and cupcakes, and - although they were sold out at the time - I was offered a taste of the Carrot Cake frosting, and I guarantee you I'll be back for some of those soon?? Overall, Michelle Ashley Custom Cakes is worth a drive to enjoy their delicious bakery items and friendly staff... I'll be back ?
