I had the pleasure of getting auto insurance from Clarissa. She was an absolute delight and I loved her personality. She was very professional and had the customer service skills I love. Coming from a former CSR she is absolutely amazing!
Mr Matt Dill is as down home as it gets, friendly southern hospitality with the cadence of a smaller town and details for personal attention. He and his staff are exemplary! Callie, in particular, has solved several problems before I’ve finished telling the situation! I had been with the biggest State Farm rep in DFW for over 30 years and honestly have been happier with Matt and Callie and their customer service - what Matt and Callie routinely give far surpasses any received elsewhere. Guaranteed!!
Thank you State farm for giving me the best car insurance in 20 years I'm very happy with my policy and I want to Thank Your staff too they were very friendly and helpful and I'm glad I made the switch from my old insurance company to State farm insurance company. Thank You again!! Teresa Stewart.
Everyone here goes above and beyond to provide great service! Callie was so super helpful in finding good coverage for me and my family while also giving the best discount! I appreciate everything!
Hopefully I got her name correct, Callie was super helpful, showing us all the options they offered. She was very nice and answered all our questions
