You won't find another Realtor that will do the things he did for us. We were looking for a home on the coast and I thought it would be too far, but Matt said that isn't a problem. No matter the distance (and we tested him-not sadistically) he met us and showed us each house and answered any and every question that we had, from the simple to the complicated. Made us always feel at ease and is extremely thorough in making sure we were taken care of. Also, his hunches, were spot on every time. Thank you Matt! Sidenote: we also got a cool gift that we weren't expecting, really appreciative.
