Masterful makes it easy to book their services. They are quick to reply via text message confirmation and email confirmation, and they communicate via text messaging. I hate talking on the phone, so texting is great. When they are done, they leave and simply send an invoice. No fuss, no muss, and the carpets look as good as new. I’ve used them three times now. And I’ll use them again!

Masterful Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet as well as sofa, chair, and ottoman. I have three pups that left my carpet quite stained. Masterful Carpet Cleaning thoroughly cleaned and removed the animal stains. The carpet looks new like it was recently installed. My chair and ottoman were 20 years old and never been cleaned. They also looked new! The service gentleman were kind, respectful, and impeccable in their work. I’ll most definitely have them back!
Two gentlemen arrived early for my appointment. The did an excellent job cleaning my carpet and sofa. They knew exactly what they were doing and did a through Job. Super nice people. I will definitely use this service again! I give the a 5 star rating!
