5-Star Review of Magnolia Realty

We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Dave Atchley. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us throughout the entire process. We truly appreciated his guidance, communication, and dedication, and we would highly recommend Dave to anyone looking for a realtor they can trust. He went above and beyond for us, and we are incredibly grateful!

Working with Christy Kinser was an absolute dream! She was so attentive and professional, and so down to earth as well. She included my girls in the home-buying experience as well which meant the world to us. Thank you for the best homebuying experience we could have asked for Christy!

We loved working with Chris on selling our home. Every step of the process was communicated and he was patient through the emotional part of the transaction. Thanks for making it smooth for us!

Buying property can be incredibly stressful, but Joanna made the entire experience so much easier. From day one, she genuinely cared about helping me find my dream property—not just closing a sale. That level of dedication is rare and was such a welcome change. She always responded to my texts and phone calls quickly, often immediately, and worked tirelessly to get contracts and paperwork completed, even in the evenings. I always felt like I was her priority, and she was there every step of the way to answer questions and guide me through the process. If you’re looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, responsive, hardworking, and truly invested in her clients, I can’t recommend Joanna highly enough. Thanks to her, I found my dream property, and I’m so grateful for everything she did.
