Over the weekend we lost power in half the rooms in our house. I called Monday am to try and get help. The gentleman I spoke with said he would try and get someone to come look at it this afternoon. I climbed into the shower and got a knock on the door, surprise, guess who was here to look at the problem. I would use them again.
Wasn't quite so sure about the company as we worked on getting a quote. It was just not listed as promised. Once we settled on the items that needed to be addressed in the home adjusting/adding lights and adding circuits it was good to go for the job. I feel as though if anything, the office was lacking in communication and follow through. That aside the professional they sent out to us a Kacey, she was fabulous. She was mindful of our home and asked our opinions while explaining things before she did the work. She was clean and precise with an eye for safety. We do have an odd crawl space she had to deal with and she worked though it with grace and a hard work ethic I haven't seen in a while. If I contract them again, I would only ask for her. Give this girl a raise she definitely saved the job or my stars would have been a 1.
